Vulgarity OK Confederate Flag not!

Friends,

This letter needs a reply----sounds like it is likely instigated by southern heritage hating groups---key words (re-enactment and intolerance). The parade grand marshal, the Honorable Fred Edens, who is retiring in January as City Manager-----not even pictured. Fred is also an SCV member.

  1. Your really going to attack the Shriners? That should end well.

  2. I'm a Shriner... And it's "vulgar" to me JMHO.

  3. Didn't say it shouldn't be considered vulgar or not. I'm saying it's a dumb move to drag the Shriners through what has obviously become a personal vendetta against others.

  4. I am more concerned with the letter writer's motives. Such as: Why was the Chamber of Commerce called to protest the float!?
